The ordering procedure for
Replacement Samsonite® Slings works like this:
Identify your style of Samsonite® Furniture and the individual pieces from that style for which you need replacement slings (Samsonite® had 12 different styles of sling and cushion furniture over the years).

Call the order to us tollfree 888 858 7529 (Canada call 865 675 7529). We like to discuss your sling needs with you to be sure you are ordering the right sling for the right piece of furniture. If you are not sure of the frame style you have and cannot positively identify it using the style ID pages,
send a snapshot to this address (click here) and we will identify it for you, or

We want to be sure of the frame style and model before ordering. We want to get it right the first time! Since all slings are "made as ordered", orders are non-cancelable and no returns are accepted except due to manufacturing defects.

Because of the "Custom" nature of this business, extreme care is taken in the production of each sling. Only the finest threads, bindings and 1st run materials are used. Slings are normally shipped in approximately 2-3 weeks from order date. As we get into the patio season, slings do tend to ship a bit quicker. If you would like to know more accurately, please ask one of our sales associates and they would be happy to let you know about how long to expect.
Slings are very tight fitting...they have to be! However, if you will follow some simple INSTALLATION TIPS, you will find replacing the slings a little easier than you might have first thought.
