This style was only manufactured for a couple of seasons ('93-'94) and is distinguishable, as are most Samsonite styles, by the arms. Samsonite made four individual pieces in this style. The chaise lounge, the swivel tilt chair (pictured above) and the leisure (stationary) chair.
