Replacement Sling Ordering Procedure

  • To make replacement slings for your aluminum frame patio furniture we need two things from you.
    1.) The old sling (without the polypropylene rod)
    2.) The measurements as described below

    New chair slings are $87.50 ea
    New chaise lounge slings are $109.50 ea (one piece or two piece set)
    Ottoman slings - $47.50

    Send one sling of each type you need made. We will make slings according to your measurements and your old sling. We need the measurements in addition to the old sling to make up for the stretching of the old sling over the years.

  • Most aluminum furniture slings fit inside tracks on each side of the furniture piece.
  • Most aluminum patio furniture is constructed so that one side of the seat frame (the tracks) is welded to the support frame and the other side is attached with screws or "allen" type screws which can be removed to take the tension off of the sling.

    Once loosened, the sling should slide out of the tracks or channels.
  • Once removed from the tracks, remove and save the polypropylene rod. This rod is used to stiffen the edges of the sling and to hold it in the tracks.
  • When your new sling(s) arrive, reinstall the polypropylene rod in the pocket on each side of the sling material, reinsert the sling in the tracks and tighten the screws/hardware to secure the track to the seat support frame.
    Slings normally ship within 7-10 business days from order confirmation date.
    Since we do not have your chair frames, we can only go by the information that you provide us. We guarantee you that we will make the slings based on the information you provide. If we make the slings incorrectly, we will remake them at no charge. If we make the slings according to your information and they do not fit, we cannot be responsible. New slings are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase.
